It's taking place tomorrow Thursday 8th July, at our regular venue of the Bromley Court Hotel. This month sees Michael Ronayne discussing "Total Communication". When communicating with someone in any context, but particularly in sales and marketing, it is vital to create a first impression. It is not just the words that are important, you need to understand how you come across so it is essential to be in control of the impression you are giving. As an expert in the area of communication Michael will help us to develop the relevant skills.
As a 6 times National Finalist and twice UK Public Speaking Champion with a background as a professional musician, Michael Ronayne has developed a profound understanding of the different aspects of speaking and public performance.
An English Literature degree at York University coupled with 4 years' studying music at the 'Franz Liszt' Academy in Weimar (East Germany) gave Michael the foundation for his unique insights into both the technical and psychological aspects of communication.
